At first, being South African we are skeptical by nature. You can see other reviews iv done, quite the critic. These guys have their processes down! From collection day communication. To tracking the different legs of the process. Fair quotes and timely execution. Everything happend as they said it would to a T. 5 stars all the way!
The experience was super easy, ordered before 1pm and the other was delivered the following day before 1pm. The device was for my son’s birthday and he couldn’t be more happier when he unboxed. Thank you Epic deals for making my son’s birthday super epic.
I got a stunning M2 16″ MacBook Pro from Epic Deals. After a couple of weeks, the angle sensor acted up and it didn’t detect when the lid was closed.
It was no problem at all for the Epic Deals team. They quickly arranged to get it sorted out (great communication!) and my Mac is working perfectly again.
