We accept EFT & cash deposit, all major credit cards, Crypto (Through Peach Payments MoneyBadger) and SCode. We also offer seven finance options & one group payment.
The finance options are Epic Deals Account, Float, Payflex, PayJustNow, LayUp, HappyPay, and Mobicred.
LayUp is a lay-by payment method that allows you to put down a deposit (currently 55%) and then pay off the difference over three months. You can check out their website here. No credit checks are done. You only receive your order once you have paid for the order in full. Any cancellation of a Lay-up order will forfeit 10% to cover commission costs and the time period for which the device was reserved. All cancellations may take up to 10 working days to resolve. We can also accept Discovery Miles if you order via our store on bidorbuy.co.za.

PayFlex does a credit check and allows you to pay off your purchase over a period of six weeks (PayFlex) and four months (FASTA). A credit check is done. You receive your order once your finance has been approved and the first payment has been made. Both options typically offer up to R8,000 in credit.
PayJustNow allows you to get your goods upfront and pay off the remaining balance over a period of 3 months.
You can apply at checkout – it takes less than three minutes to process your application and to see if you have been approved.
Happy Pay lets you shop at Epic Deals, but instead of paying upfront, you split the cost of the items over your next two paycheques.
You receive your device as soon as the first payment is made.
Epic Deals Account (12 or 24 Months with FeverTree Finance): Pay over 12 or 24 months with our Epic Deals Account, powered by FeverTree Finance. This payment plan gives you the flexibility to shop now and pay later in easy, affordable installments. Approval is fast (within 30 minutes) after completing a simple online application. Payments are automatically debited from your bank account, and there are no penalties for early settlement. Apply easily online and start shopping immediately.
Float: Now you can buy even bigger and split your purchase into 2-3 interest-free monthly instalments using the available limit on your Visa or Mastercard credit card. When you shop with Float, you buy yourself more time to meet your credit card repayments because each month your credit card statement only reflects the monthly instalment amount versus the full purchase amount.
Chipin: Want to split the cost with friends or family? Easy. With Chipin, you can now share your Epic Deals purchase and have everyone chip in directly. No awkward payment chasing, no spreadsheets, just a clean, secure way to pool funds and get that gift or gadget sorted. It’s perfect for birthdays, group surprises, or just making tech more affordable, together.

Shipping and Delivery
Nothing. Yes, really. We’ll cover the courier cost to send your order to you, anywhere in South Africa.
Delivery is super fast, as well as secure. We move hundreds of phones, laptops, and other gadgets around SA every month and have a great relationship with our couriers. They will make sure you get your device faster than you’d think possible.
Please be advised that your shipping address can only be revised until the couriers collect our orders, which is usually 2 p.m. on weekdays. Please fill in this form as soon as possible in order to fulfill your request – Click Here
Delivery to major cities takes one to two working days. Delivery to outlying areas takes two to four working days. Both Epic Deals and our couriers are open on weekdays only.
Items such as gaming consoles and iMacs will by default take 3-4 working days even if you are located within an overnight delivery area.
If you asked for COD delivery (Johannesburg, Cape Town & Pretoria) delivery takes two to three working days.
If payment clears into our account before 13 p.m. on a weekday, we will ship your order on the same day. If payment clears after 13 p.m., your order will be sent out the following day.
We will email the tracking information once the couriers have collected your order. Tracking updates are viewable online the following morning.

Every item on Epic Deals is unique. The R200 deposit secures your chosen product so it’s reserved just for you until you collect it.
No, once the R200 has been paid, the final amount to pay will be excluding the R200. For example, if your order is to the value of R1000. Make the R200 deposit via EFT. Upon arriving at Platinum Repairs, the amount to pay upon collecting would in that case be R800.
You are given a tracking number once the device has been dispatched. Once that tracking number reflects as “Delivered”. Your parcel is then ready for collection.
All parcels will be kept at Platinum Repairs for a maximum period of 7 days. Failure to collect will cause the parcel to be returned to our warehouse. The order will then be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
Yes, you can. You would also be able to make payment via card machine upon arriving.

We keep limited stock at our store. Most of the stock is in our secure warehouse and is shipped out as ordered.
Delivery is overnight to Platinum Repairs if the order and a valid proof of payment be received before 1 PM on a working day. Should it be received after 1 PM or over a weekend, the order will be processed the following working day. Couriers do not work over weekends.
At Epic Deals, every device is unique
When an item is ordered, it immediately becomes unavailable for others to order.
The item/s you have ordered have been reserved for you, however, to be fair to all of our clients, a R200 non-refundable deposit would be needed for us to send out the parcel to Platinum Repairs in JHB.
Please use your order number as your payment reference, and email the proof of payment to sales@epicdeals.co.za. The parcel will be dispatched to Platinum Repairs upon receiving a valid proof of payment.
