The reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because there was an item i bought and i had already made eft payment but unfortunately the item was already taken as it was the last one, then i ended up getting my refund within 2 days. I had a VERY wonderful experience with Epic Deals. I placed an order on Friday evening but because they dont operate on weekends, my order was processed on Monday and got delivered the next day. the phone looks brand new, I am definitely ordering for them again!
