I had a VERY wonderful experience with Epic Deals. I placed an order on Friday evening but because they dont operate on weekends, my order was processed on Monday and got delivered the next day. the phone looks brand new, I am definitely ordering for them again!

I am now 2 years in on my purchase of a Galaxy Z Flip 5 from Epic Deals. I initially bought a Brand new Sealed 256GB version and the next day I got a call saying it was unfortunately sold. In exchange I was offered a mint condition 512GB version for cheaper and was initially unhappy but went ahead.

The reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because there was an item i bought and i had already made eft payment but unfortunately the item was already taken as it was the last one, then i ended up getting my refund within 2 days. But I'll eventually come back again and buy something else. Thanks to Kamo and his efficient good service.

What an amazing establishment. I purchased my phone on Friday and received it early Monday morning. The phone was in excellent condition and their customer care is on point. I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.
