If your phone has a battery health of under 90%, we will have to replace the battery before we can resell the iPhone. We will have to deduct a nominal amount of R249 to partially cover this expense. Battery health can be checked by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Health.

If you want, you can send it to us with the account still active, so your device is blocked during transit, but it will have to be removed before we make payment, and the process of removing the iCloud account often delays the assessment process.
